Compliance Organisation
Acting lawfully and responsibly is an essential part of our corporate culture. To support this commitment, Henkell Freixenet has established a Compliance Management System and a Compliance Organisation.

If you have any questions relating to compliance or information concerning possible violations of laws or regulations in connection with Henkell Freixenet, you may contact our Compliance Organisation. The persons responsible for handling reports perform their duties independently and are subject to confidentiality obligations. All reports received will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

External Reporting Channels
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, reports may also be submitted to a competent external reporting authority. Information on the External Reporting Office of the German Federal Government and other competent external reporting authorities is available from the German Federal Office of Justice.
